Artistic Hair Design Reopened June 13th, 2003 under the same name as the previous hair salon. The storefront itself has been a hair salon for the past 20 years. Dawn, the owner and hair stylist has been in the business for 17 years. In November of 2005, Artistic moved down to Market Street next to Ralph's Florist.
